“Unlocking Global Potential: Academic Innovation and Cultural Exchange Lead to Malaysia”

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Nadhifa Nasmah Ramadhani, a 2025 student from the International Relations Study Program at Universitas Diponegoro, had the opportunity to participate in the Education Impact Study International program held in Kuala Lumpur from September 25 to 29, 2025.

The program aimed to foster personal development by enhancing teamwork skills among participants from various regions and diverse backgrounds. It included leadership training sessions, discussions, collaborative activities, cultural exchanges, and productivity workshops designed to prepare participants for future challenges. The event brought together students from both Indonesia and Malaysia.

“This Study International program has given me new perspectives and invaluable experiences. I learned that knowledge can be gained anywhere, especially through interaction with peers from different backgrounds. Through direct experiences and mutual sharing among participants, this activity has opened my mind to deeper insights. Learning while exploring has proven to be an invaluable and inspiring journey,” Nadhifa shared during her closing presentation.

A Valuable Foundation for the Future

For Nadhifa, joining the Study International program in Malaysia was more than just an academic endeavor—it was a life lesson that helped shape her character. From learning to manage time effectively and adapting quickly, to embracing a multicultural environment, every challenge became a valuable stepping stone for her future endeavors.

In addition, she had the chance to build connections with students from various universities across Indonesia and abroad. This cross-cultural interaction provided a rich platform for dialogue, broadened her global perspective, and strengthened a network that could serve as a valuable asset in both her academic and professional journey.

She also shared some advice for fellow students interested in joining similar programs: actively seek information early, prepare all necessary documents carefully, and most importantly, be courageous in seizing opportunities.

With a spirit of openness and a strong desire for growth, Nadhifa believes that international experiences such as this serve as bridges to expand global horizons, build cross-national networks, and bring home positive values from other cultures—enriching one’s perspective and personal development.
