Graduates of the Undergraduate Program of International Relations are prepared to become professionals capable of adapting to global dynamics, thinking critically, and making tangible contributions across various sectors. With a focus on addressing transnational and international crimes, graduates of the International Relations Study Program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University, have broad career prospects, including as global analysts in government institutions, international organizations, or NGOs dealing with global issues such as terrorism and cybercrime. They may also contribute in roles involving analysis, research, and the development of strategic solutions to these issues, as well as building networks with global stakeholders.

Diplomat / Negotiator and Global Communicator
A professional with skills in negotiation, diplomacy, and the ability to communicate strategically and take persuasive action to achieve organizational goals in government, private sectors, and civil society at local to global levels. Capable of building strategic cross-border networks and understanding global phenomena, particularly in addressing international and transnational crimes.
Careers: Diplomat, Lobbyist.
Global Analyst
A professional researcher and/or analyst of international relations phenomena who is able to examine and formulate ideas on global issues, as well as provide strategic solutions, particularly in matters related to cooperation in addressing international and transnational crimes. Skilled in utilizing global communication technologies and building borderless networking with global stakeholders.
Careers: Research Assistant, Junior Research Assistant.
International Relations Professional
A professional with the ability to express and formulate ideas in a structured manner to plan, develop, and evaluate programs in government, private sectors, and civil society both locally and globally, especially concerning cooperation in tackling international and transnational crimes.
Careers: Staff at international organizations (UN, ASEAN, EU, etc.), international social worker, international & community development officer.
Commercial Relations Specialist
A professional with analytical and innovative capabilities in global trade, able to leverage opportunities through risk management and design international trade strategies at national, regional, and global scales, while preventing risks arising from potential international and transnational crimes.
