Community Service
International RelationsCommunity Engagement
As part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the International Relations Study Program at FISIP UNDIP is committed to conducting community service grounded in academic knowledge, ethics, and social awareness. These activities are designed to address both global and local challenges, particularly in the context of international cooperation and transnational crime prevention.
Scope of Activities
Community service activities encompass a wide range of themes, including education on transnational crime, public diplomacy training for local communities, human rights advocacy, capacity building for civil society organizations, and assistance on environmental issues from a global perspective.
Multistakeholder Collaboration
The International Relations Study Program collaborates with government institutions, NGOs, international communities, and local societies to expand the impact of its community engagement initiatives. This collaboration ensures that activities are relevant, sustainable, and have a direct positive impact on the community.
Student Engagement
Students are actively involved in every community service program as part of contextual learning. They are not only implementers of activities but also learn to become agents of change through direct interaction with communities.
Documentation and Publication
All community service activities are well-documented and regularly published in the form of reports, popular articles, and documentary videos. This serves as a form of transparency and academic accountability to the broader public.
