The Division of Student Advocacy and Welfare of the International Relations Student Association, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, held the International Scholarship Expo 2025 on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the PKM Hall, FISIP Undip. Carrying the theme “A Journey to International Education,” the event served as a platform for information sharing, education, and networking, enabling FISIP Undip students to gain insights into various international scholarship and student exchange opportunities.
The event was attended by students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and featured speakers who shared their experiences with the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) program and postgraduate scholarships in Australia. The sessions were guided by a moderator who ensured a dynamic and engaging flow of discussion.
The program was divided into two main sessions. The first session featured an interactive talk show between the speakers and participants, focusing on personal experiences, as well as practical tips and strategies for preparing scholarship and exchange program applications. The discussion ran actively and informatively under the moderator’s guidance to maintain a structured and focused dialogue. The second session continued with a visit to several information booths on scholarships and student exchange programs, where participants had the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from scholarship institutions to obtain detailed information on requirements, selection processes, and application timelines.
Through this event, the Division of Student Advocacy and Welfare of the International Relations Student Association, FISIP Undip, aims to enhance students’ understanding of international education opportunities and to build stronger connections between students and scholarship providers. It is hoped that this initiative will serve as a stepping stone for students to strengthen their global competitiveness and broaden their international perspectives in the future.
