The Student Association of the International Relations Study Program at Universitas Diponegoro (HMPSHI Undip) successfully conducted the 2025 Organizational Visitation (VISOR) in collaboration with the International Relations Student Family of Universitas Gadjah Mada (KOMAHI UGM) on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the PKM Hall, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro. The program began with a briefing, followed by the welcoming of delegations, and opening remarks from representatives of both organizations as well as accompanying faculty members. This series of activities served as a platform for exchanging insights on work systems, organizational structures, and program implementation within the two associations. Presentations by each division and an engaging Focus Group Discussion (FGD) allowed participants to explore, in depth, various strategies for organizational management and the dynamics of student governance in international relations circles.

VISOR 2025 successfully fostered a positive, collaborative relationship between HMPSHI Undip and KOMAHI UGM while broadening the institutional perspectives of all participants. Through idea exchange, active discussion, and the presentation of best practices, the program enhanced coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities beneficial to the implementation of each organization’s work programs. Overall, VISOR 2025 served as a constructive learning forum and a strategic step in strengthening solidarity and cooperation between international relations student associations.
