Thousand Doors of Opportunities: Grounding International
Relation through Social, Political, and Economic Diversity
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
IRUD Summer Course is a short course held by the Department of International Relations Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, Indonesia. This program will be held in September 27th – October 8th 2021. This program provides opportunities for youth to learn more about the political, cultural, and historical undertakings of Indonesia through a series of multi-disciplinary lectures. With two classes in one program conducted by the academician and professional in each courses, IRUD Summer Course will provide a great experience for all the participants.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
1. Promoting Indonesian culture especially Semarang to the International society
2. Facilitating both national and international youth who wants to learn about international relations
3. Providing extraordinary opportunity for both student and researcher who want to deepen their knowledge about the social, political, and cultural diversity of Indonesia.
4. Introducing the international relations sciences in a more practical ways
5. Building and strengthening the relations between International Relations Universitas Diponegoro with the international students and academicians
“Thousand Doors of Opportunities : Grounding International Relations through Social, Political, and Economic Diversity”
Thousand Doors is adopted from the Landmark of Semarang, Lawang Sewu which symbolizes the aims of IRUD Summer Course to provide many opportunities for youth around the world to sharpen their knowledge about international relations and the diversity of Indonesia especially in social, political, and cultural fields.

Academic class provides academic materials related to implication of international relations theory conducted by academician and professionals in each fields
WORKSHOP CLASS
Workshop Class provides cultural informal training and entertaintment to promote Indonesian culture to the participants conducted by professionals in each fields
